The seasonal menu changes four times throughout the year, this is in keeping with the four seasons of the year, but the a la carte is ongoing.  The 'Chef' will always accommodate a favourite if it has been excluded from the current menu, provided, of course, we have the ingredients in stock.  If you have some dietary requirements please do not hesitate to let us know.  Fine tuning of the A La Carte is ongoing and includes 10 appetizing Entrees, 60 delicious Main Courses and at least 15 indulgeful puddings from the renowned sweet trolley that includes MAry-Carmen's famous, delicate, 'melt in your mouth, meringues.  This menu is a gastronomic delight for the Gourmand and also , mindful of today's fashions, there are dishes suited for those who have health and their figures in mind!!  If nothing reaches out to you, remember the seasonal and varied specials are sure to.  These can include exciting Whitby Oysters, fat Scottish Moules, succulant Californian Asparagus and wild Game in season.
 
We pride ourselves in using only the finest and freshest ingredients in our dishes.  As part of our policy we try to use GM free products whenever possible.
